Exhibitor Requirements:
- General Liability Insurance during the event and must add Ohio Cast & Blast Outdoor Expo as additionally insured to your policy.
- Tables & Chairs will not be provided
- Extension cords will not be provided
- All exhibitors are expected to occupy their booth(s) for the entirety of the scheduled event. Early leave without permission may result in penalty fees.
- All exhibitors are to be setup 2 hours prior to the start day/time.
- All exhibitors are liable for any damages caused by their booth and will be charged accordingly for repairs by the host venue.
- All exhibitors are to be kind and courteous to fellow exhibitors. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
- All exhibitors are to setup their space within the allotted space and not to extend past it.
